A renovation of a heavily damaged pipe leading to the water treatment plant in city Zlín was realized in October 2016. Due to the high flow in the pipe (flow was ranging between 1000 m³/h and 2500 m³/h) the demands for pumping were very high. Use of 5 Sterling Q200 pumps ensured successful draining of the renewed sector and KAWO liner DN 1350/900 could have been installed. Liner was then cured using hot water. The reconstruction was held close to the river Dřevnice, which was the reason of a very careful flow management so that no contamination was introduced into the water.
